Is the design visit in Manhattan really free?
Yes. Your design visit and personalized 3D design are free, with no obligation to purchase. Fabrication and installation are quoted separately.
What does the design include?
We measure the space, discuss your wardrobe and routine, and create a personalized 3D layout with hanging, drawers and shelving. We’ll also discuss finishes, lighting and the project budget.
Can you help with a small Manhattan closet?
Yes. A single reach-in is a good place to start. We can also design walk-in dressing rooms, wardrobe walls, pantries and other fitted storage around the dimensions of your home.
Do you work with co-op and condo requirements?
Yes. Tell us about your building’s requirements during the consultation. We’ll coordinate insurance documentation, access and installation arrangements with the building.
How much will my custom closet cost?
Cost depends on the size, layout, materials and fittings. After reviewing your space, we provide a written quote for fabrication and installation. The design visit and 3D design remain free.
