We ask for very little.

An studio runs on conversation, not data. This page sets out the little we collect, why, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

Only what you hand us. When you submit an inquiry, a trade application, or a Journal subscription, we receive the fields you complete — typically a name, an email or postal address, a phone number, and a note about your room. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not fingerprint visitors, and we set no third-party cookies.

Why we hold it

To reply to you, to schedule a conversation, to post the Journal, and to keep the drawings and correspondence associated with a project — which we retain in perpetuity so a room can be revisited decades later. That is the entire purpose. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with anyone, for any reason.

How long, and how to be forgotten

Inquiry and subscription details are kept until you ask us to remove them or they are no longer needed. Records tied to a delivered project are kept with the drawings. To see, correct, or delete anything we hold, write to studio@klosetworx.com and we will act within thirty days.

Service providers

Mail and form delivery are handled by reputable processors bound to use the data only to provide that service. Photography on this site is served from a third-party image host; no personal data is transmitted in doing so.

Changes

If this notice changes, the revised version is posted here with its date. Material changes affecting people already in correspondence with us will be communicated directly.
