Reach-in closets.
The prewar bedroom solved.
The reach-in is where Kloset Workx earns its reputation. New York apartments — particularly pre-war and brownstones — were built before contemporary wardrobes, and most closets are eight feet wide, five feet deep, and twenty-one inches taller than they ought to be. We fix this.
Our reach-in system uses the full ceiling height (often nine feet), introduces drawers at hand level, and hides a surface for the day's valet. The result is roughly forty percent more storage in the same opening.
- ↳ Two-rod hanging with metal returns
- ↳ Pull-out tie & belt valet
- ↳ Drawer-pull shoe shelving on full extension
- ↳ Integrated motion-triggered lighting
- ↳ Day-of valet surface above the drawer bank
Built across every tier — a wide range of solid hardwoods and finishes through to rare, reclaimed and sourced materials. The exact species, finish and metal are chosen with you at the drawing stage; we are not a catalog.
