Backcountry Greenwich estates and the shoreline towns of Fairfield County — Greenwich, Riverside, Old Greenwich, New Canaan, Darien. Dressing rooms and built-ins at fitted-furniture quality.
Lower Fairfield County is estate territory — backcountry Greenwich houses, the shingle-style places of Riverside and Old Greenwich, the colonials of New Canaan and Darien. The brief is usually scale and finish: a primary dressing room treated as a room of the house, a his-and-hers pair, a cedar-lined wardrobe, libraries and mudrooms to match, all in superior timber and metal.
Greenwich is a straight run up I-95 or the Merritt from the workshop, so even an estate-sized project is surveyed, milled and installed by the same team without subcontracting. Each piece is drawn in CAD to the room and built to those exact dimensions in the Bronx.
Fairfield County is an easy trip from the workshop up I-95 or the Merritt Parkway, so scheduling is straightforward and the install crew is the one that milled the work. Larger residences are phased room by room around the household.
Every project is milled at the Bronx workshop — a 6,000 sq ft workshop on the East River — and installed by the same crew that built it. We do not subcontract the install.
