§ IV.08

Garages.

For the country house. The good kind.

§ 01
Discipline

The country-house garage is the most flexible space on the property. It is asked to hold cars, surf, ski, tools, the dog, occasional overflow guests, and the contents of three generations of family life.

We design garages with the same discipline as the dressing room — surveyed in three dimensions, designed in CAD, milled in the shop, signed on the wall. Slat walls for hanging, locker storage for seasonal kit, a tool board on French cleats.
