Custom closets in University Park.

University Park is family Dallas — the new-traditional houses around SMU and Snider Plaza, on lots tighter than Highland Park's, where every square foot has to work. The brief here is usually a whole-house storage plan rather than a single showpiece: a primary dressing room, children's rooms that grow with the kids, a mudroom that takes the side-door traffic, and a laundry that actually folds. We design the whole set to one standard so the house reads as a single hand.

Because the lots are smaller and the families are in residence, the work is as much about logistics as joinery — we phase the install room by room, keep one crew on the job, and draw each piece in CAD so it goes in clean the first time. Everything is milled at our Dallas workshop, a short drive from the Park Cities.

University Park installs are phased around the household and the school run; floors and routes are protected, and the crew that mills the work is the crew that installs it. Surveyed from the Dallas workshop.
