Preston Hollow is the estate district — gated acre-plus lots, long single-story ranches and new Mediterranean and modern builds, the kind of houses that hold a 600-square-foot primary suite without blinking. The work is large and finish-driven: a dressing room with an island and a sit-down vanity, a climate wine room, a library-grade study, garage systems for a serious collection. Scale is the whole point, and scale is what a vertically-integrated shop does best.

We draw every Preston Hollow project in three dimensions and mill it to the room at our Dallas workshop, then install with our own crew — no subcontracting, one standard from the first measurement to the final adjustment. For new construction we coordinate directly with the GC on the build timeline.

Preston Hollow projects are usually new-construction or major-renovation; we coordinate with the general contractor and phase larger residences room by room. Milled and installed out of the Dallas workshop.

Every project is milled at our Dallas workshop and installed by the same crew that built it. We do not subcontract the install.
