Because it is new construction, we get to draw the storage before the drywall, which is the best way to build it.
We coordinate with the builder on the framing timeline, draw each room in CAD, and mill to those dimensions at our Dallas workshop — then install with our own crew so the finish matches the house. One team, start to finish.
